Delivery & Returns

Dog Box SA® ensures that all of our items & products are of the highest, A-Grade quality when we deliver them to our family members. Should it be that your furry friend's item(s) are defective in anyway, or you're unsatisfied then please drop us an email on admin@dogboxsa.com

If you are for whatever reason wanting to return or exchange your item(s) you may do so up to and including 30 days after you have received one of Dog Box SA's products. A replacement or refund will then be issued to you accordingly.

Criteria to return an item:
  1. Log a return or exchange for your canine companion's items by mailing us on admin@dogboxsa.com

  2. A return must be logged within 48 hours of receiving your products & have up to 30 days to return after receiving your item(s).

  3. The item being returned qualifies for return - i.e is defective or is not one of the item(s) you ordered, & hasn't been used.
  4. The product is the customers responsibility until it's received back at the Dog Box.
  5. The cost of returning the item to Dog Box SA is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  6. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear.
  7. There will be no refunds issued on discounted items that aren’t part of a current promotion being advertised.
  8. No refunds will be processed on edible items.
  9. If wanting to exchange your item for a different size please email us on admin@dogboxsa.com
  10. No advertised extras will be included on orders that have used a discount code not apart of the specified promotion.
  11. NO NEW STOCK WILL BE SENT OUT UNTIL OLD STOCK HAS BEEN SENT BACK.
  12. Please ensure you select your colour for your product under the 'CHOOSE' option available on site. No exchanges will be issued where colours haven't been specified.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS -

  1. Any items bought with a discount above the current promotion of that product.
  2. Any items that have been used & are unusable.
  3. Items not received back in their original condition & packaging.
  4. Items not logged within the 48 hour window after receiving.
